Overview
At Savage Society, your satisfaction and consumer rights are our priority. You have a 7-day cooling-off period to return products bought online, no questions asked, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.
If products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of purchase.
We process refunds promptly and clearly communicate each step. Some items may be exempt from returns, which will be noted at purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a refund if:
- You return goods within the 7 calendar day cooling-off period for goods purchased online or via distance selling, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described, and you notify us within 6 months of purchase.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are refundable if the return is due to a product fault, damage, or incorrect item sent.
- Refunds for change of mind after the cooling-off period are not guaranteed unless required by law.
- If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bianca@savagesociety.online.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email bianca@savagesociety.online.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
