1. Application of South African Law
1.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
1.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit your statutory rights under South African law.
2. Products & Availability
2.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability details on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur, and Savage Society reserves the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.
2.2 All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
3.2 Full payment must be made at checkout using the secure payment gateways provided on our website.
3.3 In line with the ECTA, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and transaction details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 In terms of the CPA, you are entitled to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not suitable for their intended purpose within 6 months of delivery.
5.2 In terms of the ECTA, you have a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases, during which you may cancel your order and request a refund, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
5.3 Certain items (such as perishable products, health and personal-use items, or custom orders) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once returned goods are inspected.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and delivery details provided during checkout are accurate.
6.2 Savage Society will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Savage Society complies with the POPIA Act. Personal information collected is used only for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes.
7.2 We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for order fulfilment (e.g., with courier services).
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Savage Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
8.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
